Jeff Mueller was certified as a criminal trial specialist in 2000 by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education & Specialization and Board certified as a criminal trial advocate in 2000 by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Mueller has been a member of the Board of Examiners of the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 2003. Mr. Mueller creates and grades exams for those attorneys wishing to certify as a criminal trial specialist.

Jeff Mueller is a graduate of Southern Illinois University (B.A. in Economics 1984), Washington State University (M.A. in Economics 1990), and University of Mississippi Law School (J.D. 1994).

He is admitted to practice in all Tennessee courts since 1995 and also admitted to practice in the following courts: United States District Courts for West Tennessee and Middle Tennessee;  6th Circuit Court of Appeals;  and the United States Supreme Court.

Jeff Mueller was honored as a Mid-South Super Lawyer in 2006. Those attorneys considered to be in top 5% of practicing attorneys by a vote of their peers are granted this award.
